979.268.6840Josh began working at John R. Clark & Associates in 2003 while enrolled in the Land Economics & Real Estate Master’s Program at Texas A&M University. He received his real estate license that same year and began working full-time after graduating in 2004. In 2010, Josh became a full partner with the formation of Clark Isenhour Real Estate Services, LLC. Josh has been a partner in real estate investments and owned interest in a retail franchise. These experiences give him a unique perspective when working with clients and help him to better meet their real estate needs. In his free time, Josh enjoys being bad at golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Heather, and their daughters, Ava and Ella.

979.268.6840Sam was born and raised in College Station. He attended Texas A&M University where he studied Urban Planning with the College of Architecture. After graduating in 2018, Sam went on to work for a commercial general contractor doing retail and restaurant development. In March 2020, Sam joined Clark Isenhour to assist with property management and all brokerage services. He quickly became an integral part of the team and was offered a full partnership in July 2023. Since then, Sam has grown his individual portfolio and helped Clark Isenhour expand operations in the community. For fun, he loves training for triathlons, golfing, and traveling.
In 2023 John sold his interest in Clark Isenhour to his great partner, Josh Isenhour. No longer involved in the firm’s day-to-day management, John is fully engaged in brokerage and consulting assignments. Over the past 39 years John has leased or sold millions of square feet of commercial and industrial space; successfully marketed hundreds of rural and commercial land tracts; and been involved in land development of many types. Prior to founding John R. Clark and Associates, which in 2010 became Clark Isenhour, John was co-owner of a local RE/MAX franchise. John and his wife Janice have three grown daughters. John enjoys hunting with his Brittany spaniels and traveling with his wife.
Vance moved to the Brazos Valley in 1995 to open Brazos Record Storage, a commercial records management company, which he sold in 2012. Having bought, sold, and leased property as a small business owner, Vance understands the real estate needs of people trying to start or grow their businesses. In his spare time, Vance enjoys golf and traveling.
W. Howard Mayne joined Clark Isenhour Real Estate Services to leverage his professional background to serve the firm’s clients. Howard has extensive experience investing in and managing multiple commercial asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, medical office, as well as oil and gas-related investments across multiple states. This experience makes Howard uniquely qualified to advise clients in large-scale transactions. Howard lives in College Station with his wife Rachel and their two boys, Will and Hudson, where he enjoys volunteering in the community and coaching his sons’ sports teams.
Matt is a Sales Agent who resides in College Station, Texas where he received his Bachelor’s in Ag Economics from Texas A&M University in 1982. He has extensive experience in rural real estate from all parts of Texas with a concentration on farm and ranch buyer/seller representation. In his role, Matt is committed to building and maintaining client relationships and providing superior customer service. He and his wife, Dayna, have a daughter and son; Morgan and her husband reside in Lockhart, Texas and Will resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Matt is an avid Texas Aggie sports fan and enjoys spending time outdoors. He and his wife are also active in their church.
Scott is a Brazos Valley local, born and raised in College Station. Scott studied finance at Texas A&M and was involved in many opportunities while on campus, including the Corps of Cadets and Maroon Coats. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Finance in 2013 and the Master of Real Estate program in 2015. Scott has been an associate with Clark Isenhour Real Estate Services since 2014 and focuses on commercial investments and leasing, farm/ranch purchases and sales, and land subdivisions. Scott enjoys volunteering at his church, being outdoors, reading, and working on carpentry and leather projects.
Lance is a long-time resident of the Bryan/College Station area having been raised in College Station from the age of 3. He graduated high school from A&M Consolidated and is a member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2004. He then went on to earn his master’s degree from Oklahoma State University. Lance’s father started their auction company in 1989, which allowed Lance to get his start in the industry at a young age. Lance obtained his auctioneer license in 2004 and graduated from the Certified Auctioneers Institute in 2014. He is a past resident of the Texas Auctioneers Association and is currently the president of both SWICO Auctions and S3 One Goal. His pride and joy is his 9-year-old daughter Addyson, whom he enjoys spending his free time horseback riding with. He is now a coach for the Brazos County 4H Faith Riders, a mounted drill team that his daughter is on.
Blake was raised in College Station where he went on to achieve a Bachelor’s in Plant and Environmental Soil Sciences from Texas A&M. After graduating in 2014, he married his high school sweetheart and they moved to Houston where he worked in sales in the oil and gas industry. Realizing he wanted to pursue real estate during covid, Blake and his family moved back to College Station where he got his realtor’s license. Blake’s wife Rachel is a talented hair and make-up artist at Lewis & Co salon. They have two boys that keep them more than busy; Rhett who is 3 and Tate who is turning 1. In his free time, Blake enjoys hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
Emily Schuler was born and raised in College Station. She attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance in 2005. Following college, Emily moved to Houston to begin a career with Ryan, LLC, a global tax services firm. She spent over ten years doing tax advocacy work for Fortune 500 companies spanning the manufacturing, energy, and communication industries. Additionally, Emily earned her Texas real estate license in 2008. She helped her residential and commercial clients navigate the buying and selling process within the greater Houston area. Her experience includes commercial, industrial, and residential property valuation, real estate sales, and property tax appeals. She married her husband, Kyle, in 2014 and moved to Midland where they started their family. She is most proud of her roles as wife and mother to their two children. In addition to the demands of motherhood, Emily helped build a professional home organization business and gave back to her local community through her volunteer service with Junior League, CASA, Kappa Alpha Theta, and her church. After the sale of his company, Kyle and Emily felt called back to the Bryan-College Station area to be closer to family. Emily offers a unique combination of technical expertise and outstanding client service. Her strong loyalty to the community and passion for advocacy have led her back to a career in real estate. Maintenance Technician
979.268.6840Andrew served for 10 years in the United States Air Force as a C-130 mechanic. He served 3 tours all over the Middle East and assisted with humanitarian relief efforts after Hurricane Ike and the 2010 Haitian Earthquake. After his service, he worked as a lead maintenance technician at a healthcare linen laundry facility in Abilene, Texas. After 4 years and starting a family, Andrew and his family desired to be back home with family. So, on a whim, he sought employment in the B/CS area, sold their home, and bought a house in College Station. Andrew joined the Clark Isenhour team in July 2017 as Maintenance Technician. Andrew, his wife, son, and daughter are happy to be part of the Clark Isenhour team. Andrew enjoys everything computer-related, music video production, and spending time with his family.

979.268.6840Lueann joined the John R. Clark and Associates team in 2005. She has over 30 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. She came to College Station to pursue a degree in accounting and loved the area so much that she made her home here. She and her husband Mike have two children, Sarah, and Jeff. In her spare time, Lueann enjoys scrapbooking, crafts, and spending time with her family.

Mackenzie likes to spend her time learning new skills and hobbies, but particularly enjoys reading, painting, gaming, and spending time with her sister and nephew.
James Connor Smith has been engaged in real estate activity since 1961 and is experienced in the sale, development, and valuation of real property. From 1965 to 2005 he was active as an independent appraiser/consultant specializing in valuation and counseling for commercial and rural properties including irrigating farmland, livestock ranches, and recreational subdivisions. His particular specialty was partitioning undivided interests in rural properties for estate settlement and counseling owners involved with eminent domain situations. From 1974 to 2009 he was the founder and active in two real estate brokerage and management companies. He joined Clark Isenhour Real Estate Services, LLC. In 2015. He is a member of Grace Bible Church of College Station. He is married to the former Dorothy Holt of Center, Texas and they have four children and seven grandchildren. His hobbies include skeet and trap shooting, hunting, and expedition canoeing/kayaking.
